Oops, I forgot that was you who had this setup. I'm sorry bro!

But yeah, if you can't turn up very loud, then you won't need much more than something like the VS4121's, or something comparable.

Whoa, your dad's actually suggesting a sub? Nice! I would've thought they'd be like, "oh please don't get something with a subwoofer."

But yeah, having a subwoofer made a much bigger difference than I thought it would!

lol, you already have an awesome receiver, why not buy a great pair of bookshelfs, you can start by checking audiogon.com or maybe buy from a Internet Direct company like av123,axiom,ascend acoustics. etc.

you already got a receiver, why go back to crappy computer speakers. don't listen to what this people have to say, specially to their logitech recommendations, reading the audio section on this forum makes me really sad, most of this people spent alot of money on video cards and sound cards, just to end up buying crappy logitech speakers.

some speakers to consider:

Paradigm Atoms
CBM-170 SE
SBS-01 Pair
Acculine A1
PSB Alpha B1 or PSB B25
AV123 ELT525M
nfinity Beta 20
BL L820
Polk Audio RTi4
KEF iQ1
NHT SuperZero Xu
Wharfedale Diamond 8.1/9.1

Well, it's not my fault you think you're too special or something to obey all of the rules. If you don't like following rules, then perhaps you'd be better off somewhere else.
