I just want to know how much i can get with stock cooling, not sure of getting a Market cooler yet.. I don't really overclock that much..

Well my NB/SB Volts are on auto atm.. i am really not sure what to put there.. I'm afraid il put some wrong voltage and destroy my mobo.

If you check the OCCT Graph Vcore is using 1.320 to 1.338 even thou in bios is set at 1.3600.. if i go lower to 1.32 won't it be unstable ?

What volts do u suggest for NB? 1.3V ?

Still confused with Memory Timings.. if i go 1:1 won't i need memory voltage to be like 2v ? currently its on auto and i see it on CPU-Z as 1.8V
3.2ghz is the highest you can normally reach with stock cooler. It depends on your temps, I would try to stay under 55c on load (you can check that on your normal daily usage and games) cause it's better safe than sorry.

And the only way to check if a lower vcore will get your overclock unstable is by testing it. So lower that vcore and run orthos/occt again.

Overclock is patience. You'll have to try and test a lot until you find the best settings.

Nice OC for stock cooling..now to see if you can drop that multi and start pumping up the FSB. Your mobo should be able to take that little CPU to its limit for FSB.

*Highest I have reached with my E7400 so far, is ~4.55ghz on water.. and 4.45ghz on air. I will be DICE'ing this weekend, to see if I can hit 5ghz with it.
