Vista will have more support in the future. Get Vista but get the 64 bit system, worth the few extra bucks.

There's no difference in price between 32 and 64 bit. And there's not much reason to stay 32 bit either, especially considering how long people keep their operating systems -- usually much longer than everything else in the computer!

So I'd say Vista 64-bit.

If your not going to use more then 2GB RAM, go with 32 bit, as theres no other reason why you should do 64 , I however suggest,, up your RAM to 4GB and go with 64 vista

XP is horrible LOL

64 Bit runs very slowly with 2GB. Stick with XP 32Bit. If you get 4GB of RAM then get Vista X64.

Where did you see that? I'm asking because all the other posters seems to point me to Vista...

Why would a 64-bit OS be slower with 2GB of RAM as opposed to a 32-bit OS? I've been running 64-bit OSes longer than almost anybody on this forum, even down to 512MB of RAM, (thank you AMD!) and never noticed a difference in speed vs. 32-bit.
