i want to oc my 9800gtx+ but i worried it will hurt my psu.. it has 4 12v rails at 18amps each. it runs the card fine atm but will ocing it draw alot more power?

Your PSU is fine for the 9800GTX+. Overclocking your GPU will make draw more power not that much that it will stress your PSU. I wouldn't worry about it

I would be worried more about heat and stability when overclocking.

i have the 3 fan cooler on this and it is rock solid at 38c i over clocked the gpu to 924 and it crashed but it was still 38c lol

I second that. Your PSU will have plenty of power to supply an OCed card. Just be sure you can handle the heat.
