Is this decent on air cooling?

I have heard a lot of crap about prescott cores. And honestly i can understand the hurdles i have jumped to keep this dam thing cool. Anyways after giving up on getting help with ram timings. I decided to just try i figured i could mess with anything and not break something except for dimm voltage so that was only slightly changed. So here it is.
After two hours of Memtest86
And then two hours of Prime95 Running blended tests.
Also ran two instances of cpuburnin one per thread. For about an hour.

http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=470906

Used pc wizard to test bandwith and latency.
With everything on auto Running at 5-5-5-15 369 mhz
151ns latency
Bandwidth 1024 MB :2847.7 MB/s
With ram set to 4-4-4-10
104ns latency
Bandwidth 1024 MB :4298.62 MB/s
To me its just better numbers in a performance sense of mind what does this mean and again is this decent for aircooling.
Using Hwmonitor Lowest Idle Temp Was 66 F
Highest Recorded Temp Was 127 F
Even though thats a big jump is that temp still acceptable?
(Side note i have the most ghetto cooling solution.)

I'd say that is a real good oc for that temp on air.

52 deg. c is a good temp for that chip i'd leave it at that.

It took some time and once i hit the temp problem apart the case came. Had to change a couple things and add a fan and now it stays cool. Just played crysis for about twenty min checked temps still good just have to worry about video card overheating now. I messed with the ram even though im not sure how it affects the performance of the machine more bandwith and a lower latency have got to mean something though.

Yes currently the 4650 plays 100 percent of the time at
OC Core 730 Memory 525
Stock Core 600 Memory 500
Lowest recorded temp after folding for 23 hours straight was
76 f highest was 130 f
Bad part is that i have already dismantled and applied Artic Silver 5 To The Core. Someone said artic ceramic was better. Whats your opinion.

IMO Your temps on both CPU and gpu are fine.

if you want to translate your Cpu runs at 52 deg. C and your Gpu is at 54 deg. C which is a fine temp for that.
Mostly when you talk about comp. here they all talk with C.

I have not ever experimented with the ceramic, i have AS5 (artic silver 5) i wouldnt worry about your temps as they are fine right now.

Sweet. I know usually everyone goes by c but when i did all my testing i just copied results to notepad and I go more by f because its more familiar. I have some stuff in the mail and have wrote zalman already but no reply kinda disappointing. Can u tell me whether this would be alright for a new cooler.

You emailed zalman about the products you ordered from newegg and directron?

about what?

The Cpu cooler will be fine and a decent upgrade if all you have on it now is the stock heatsink.

the Gpu cooler , i have never had passive cooling before but if your goal is to make your computer quiter it will work good but if you want good performance then it would have been best if you got one with a fan on it.

I emailed Zalman about it to see what speeds and cpu it was built for it just says Pentium 4 Socket 478. They have one thats aluminum and copper in the middle thats only for northwoods so i emailed to ask if it would support prescott cores. And i planned on adding a decent 100mm fan to it as well. Kinda like this kit
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000YABYHO/...O&linkCode=asn
But given that its a no name i opted for the same thing from a namebrand. Noise is not an object. My games are always loud. And really the only time i hear my system is whiles its booting im always listening to music or something.

Edit And the cooler im using is from dell that came with a Northwood 2.8 Im using the whole shroud assemble that dell puts in their computers. All i did was extend the edges so its almost to the mobo and added a 80mm fan to the opposite side to push air through where the other fan in the back blows it out. It doesnt look bad and dropped my temps by 6 degrees C
