Oh, I have one Gir. Just so far all I've done is make 5 headers. And they are messy. I could take a pic but I'm 'not happy with them at the moment, want to get them a little cleaner. However since you asked for it, I'll go and get my camera out.

Like I said, they are a bit fugly at the moment. But after all what matters is if they work. I'll sand them down tomorrow.

a few more pics

assembled the headers together for the swamp field

fit testing the tub I'll be using for a reservoir and the basket I'll be using to sit the swamp field onto.

making sure the headers will fit on top of the basket/into the tub

dry fit the risers onto the headers. I am out of silicone so I'll have to wait til 1/2 to go and buy some. I don't want to use pvc cement for the risers, because I want to be able to take it apart again for cleaning, etc.

Ya. I kind of found the target shopping basket in the parking lot and figured why not use it? It looked to be the right size and the price was right...

I'll be taking my current loop apart and cleaning it all out/remounting tomorrow. Will also empty my case and cut a fan hole in the back of my mb tray behind the cpu (finally) and in the side panel. I figure a 25mm fan blowing directly onto the back of my mb will help any dead air spots I might have there.

I wont be testing this new contraption out until the 2nd as I expect most places wont be open tomorrow (I need some silicone before I can test)
It just hit me that I could have used socks instead of cutting up my towels. grrrr...

I use it all the time for things and it does well holding water!

This build is full of win! You have really done a nice job...don't worry about what it looks like, the important part is if it cools right! plus its all gonna be covered up! I think you made one hell of an evap there!

I was not happy with the overall dimensions of the thing, and also with the appearance (being sloppy with primer and all)
So I made a new one. The overall size is a few inches shorter and narrower.
I am hoping to re-use the reservoir from my current bong instead of using that tupperware tub. Mainly because I don't want to bother with moving my pump, etc.
Here is the new header assembly

And here is the swamp field all glued up. I'll be putting it into my loop in a few days. I used silicone adhesive this time because I wanted to be able to take it apart in the future to either pack it up or to modify it. Because of this I am going to have to let it cure for a couple days to be water tight.

I can't wait to see how it performs.

Okie. I have it installed into my old reservoir. I had to chop the bottom of the basket I used as a base to sit it on, it was too wide for my ice chest reservoir.

I am going to have to work on my dimensions a bit I think, and/or add a second pump. I am just not seeing a flow rate that I am comfortable with. So far my temps are ok, but I just don't have a warm fuzzy about this set up yet. However I can see the potential and the temps so far have been equal to my old bong, with no fan. The only noise right now is the humm of my d5 pump and a little trickling noise. I can see it getting annoying fast and am thinking about how to fix this.

Here is a pic of it sitting in the reservoir. I trimmed 6" off the risers, taking them down to 18" in an attempt to increase flow rate. It did not work as well as I would have liked. I will be adding a d4 pump to the loop as soon as I am able to.

Ok. I have trimmed up the microfiber towels I am using as a wick material on my risers to match their new 18" height. Here is a pic of the current version of it. It looks pretty much the same, only a little bit shorter.
I am seeing temps equal to my tower bong without a fan. I am going to put a fan onto it tomorrow I think. By trimming the wick material, I ended up stopping all noise from it. I can not hear my pump over the case fans in my antec 1200. I have them turned to half way up rpm wise. Honestly it is a little disconcerting not being able to hear my rig. I got very used to the sound of my bong and I keep checking my temps every other minute to be sure I have water flow. I suppose I'll get used to it eventually.

The new rig has been running for a while now. Temps are stable and 2C below ambient. I am starting to get used to how quiet this thing is. I still do not have a fan on it. I am starting to think there is no point in using one unless I add more to my loop. Currently I only have an e8400 with co stepping at 4.0ghz and an evga 260gtx at stock speeds on my loop. I am thinking of putting my nb on it and if I put my 8800gtx back into my machine for physix (I know nothing uses physix yet, but I have the card anyhow why not use it) I will probably put that onto the loop as well.
