The purpose of the following benchmarks is to give a comparison between the Phenom I and Phenom II. This is represented by a 9850 BE overclocked to 3.0GHz and a 940 BE at stock (3.0GHz). This is meant as a clock for clock comparison between the two. I do also hope to add overclocked results as well for the Phenom II chip if I can get it stable @ 4.0GHz

CPU: 9850 BE @ 3.0GHz & 940 BE (ES) @ Stock
MB: ASUS M3A79-T Deluxe
RAM: G.SKILL 4GB(2 x 2GB) DDR2 1066 (5-5-5-15)
HD: Western Digital 500GB
Video Card: Single VisionTek 4870 512MB (Stock) w/ 8.12 Catalyst
OS: Vista Business 32bit (The only exception is the Cinebench_R10 64bit run which uses Vista Business x64)
Running the Benchmarks
Each of the benchmarks listed below were run 3 times. The lowest and the highest scores were discarded and the middle run is the one being used. The exception(s) being listed below. The reason being is that I am not into averages I am into showing real results.
The overclock benchmarks were only run once to give a rough representation of what to expect.
