My VID is 1.3 in CoreTemp as well, although I can increase my Vcore by +37.5mV (.0375v) and it doesn't register in CPU-Z. When I go higher than that though, it shows proper voltage in CPU-Z.
If this is the case, I am thinking that the VID is actually more along the lines of 1.2625, or at least something close, and CoreTemp is reading incorrectly.
My suggestion to you Arakasi is this:
1) Set your Vcore to "auto" in Bios. Boot up. Load CoreTemp and CPU-Z and see if VID matches what CPU-Z states is voltage. Write that down or implant it in the back of your mind somewhere.
2) Restart your PC and increase Vcore by smallest increment. Boot into Windows and check CPU-Z. Has your voltage changed in CPU-Z? If not, continue to increase until it does register.
I hope you understand my logistics and deductive reasoning behind this phenomina and hopefully this sheds a bright light on someone else that's having the same issue with these Monster Quads we all LOVE!!
