probably a good fan for undervolting. it could push a lot of air quietly if you undervolted it.

Well according to this 65dB is about the same as a vacuum cleaner, which isn't too bad.

depends on how you define best. many would say they don't care if it pushes 400 CFM if the thing is gonna blow out your ear drums. no pun intended
