Yeah much better airflow than mine... when I take the side panel temps instantly drop of course... but they drop to 35C on the CPU and 40C ont he MB.
I went and took the aftermarket coolermaster fans I had bought for my old A900 case and put them in my cosmos with a very small drop in temps. Howver I am finding with this Cosmos there just isn't enough intake fans.

What are your thoughts on making the top two fans intake fans?

From what I can see Make sure your TOP TWO Fans and the Rear fan are blowing out.. The Bottom fan should be drawing air in.. Heat rises so u need the exhaust up top and your intake fans low in the case, and you want them flowing from font to back.. I am sure you already have them connetced right. Just making sure though.. Unfortunately there are not anymore fan slots.. which sucks.. I would try and reposition your cpu cooler so that the fan on it is blowing towards the TOP of the case to help the heat rise.. You may just have to upgrade the fans to something more powerful to get the air in and out faster.. thats what I had to do.. ALL my fans in my tower are upgraded.. The stock ones SUCKED! but I have a crap ton of fan slots..

Pat you are having a hard time because of the age of the chip set you are trying to cool
I looked around and about the only way you will get it done IMO is to use a universal water block like one of these
http://www.frozencpu.com/products/20...?tl=g30c89s149
http://www.frozencpu.com/products/65...?tl=g30c89s149
but then you will need to cool your mosfet's and v reg.s as well

hope this helps
