Looks great! Excited to see the final product!

Thanks Frosty. Not the best paint job in the world and certainly not the worst. But on the positive side, SOME BLACK IS BETTER THAN NO BLACK

All done and everything looks to have dried out.
Will be starting the build soon.

Honorary Mention: For every single screw that I drive into the new case, I will probably be cursing that idiot who screwed up my first case.
I will try my best to recoup some of the cost by selling the fans and other removable parts on eBay.

Wow, I wasn't going to bring this up before but the guys that did my case only asked me for about 110 dollars for the powder coat AND cable sleeving; the shop's owner said that a small-ish case would be about 50 bucks, but for my case, with all the labor involved he would have quoted me around 600 () but he was a really nice guy, said that it was such an amazing thing to work with that he didn't think it was fair and only charged me a solid Benjamin for the coat itself, plus another 10-15 for the sleeving job and gave me the sleeving they didn't use (Thermaltake, low-end Techflex).

Chunky - You lucked out my friend.
A powder-coated case with sleeving done costs about $599 at frozencpu. Go figure Outrageous.
LINK

Frost - The spray paint that you used, did you check the operating temperatures on the back of the can. My Valspar can doesn't say anything about operating temperatures but there is a line that said
"Do not store at temperatures above 49C. Extended exposure to Sun and Heat can cause bursting"

I suppose that only applies to the can and not after the paint has been put onto the surface and dried out completely.

Let me know when you get a chance.
Thanks
Mav

I was just reading through a few of last pages. I saw someone having problems getting screws out. When I was working in a shop we found Mac Tools screwdriver bits to be the best at removing stubborn screws. They tended to hold better than any others.

my paint and primer did not list a max operating temp, but I assume they are safe on my PC (I actually bought autobody spray paint, which is a bit higher in cost and quality than house-hold spray paint like Krylon and Duplicolor etc).

It listed the same temps as yours on the back, but that is only concerning the can. If the can gets heated enough the pressure builds up inside and bursts it. That's all they're warning you about

DJ,
You are probably referring to me there. The screws were powder-coated along with the case. There is absolutely nothing to hold onto. But I sure do know one tool which can get it off.
