I'm pretty sure airflow will be worse than the HAF 932. The version shown at CeBIT 2010 did not allow for 120mm side fans. The PSU can only be mounted at the bottom, so that means you won't be able to use dual 120mm bottom intakes which lower GPU temps quite a bit.
I don't need all of that airflow in the HAF 932 though. I will probably get the HAF-X since it's all black, has better cable management than the ATCS 840, better airflow, dust filters (HAF 932 lacks this), fan speed/LED control, and I really like the look of it. Water cooling should be better than the HAF 932 due to its size. It will most likely include mounts for up to three 120mm fans on top like the ATCS 840/HAF 932, but the increased height is a nice addition. Nice space on the back of the drive bays for a radiator.
