ATCS 840 is truly a fantastic case ...
Looks nice. I have Cooler Master R4 blue LED fans there too, except no LED on the external air duct.
I recommend putting the PSU on top, and using two 120mm bottom intake fans (one zip tied to the PSU mount).
I added a Scythe Kama Bay to the front of my case, and a 120mm fan opposite of the one installed in the Kama Bay. Both are Cooler Master R4 series fans. I also replaced the front 230mm fan with a CM R4 series 120mm intake fan, and my HDD temps went down 1-2 degrees. Here is an old picture showing the fan setup. I have slightly better cable management now, and a GTX 480.
If you have a dremel then you can cut through the side panel and add some additional fan mounts. It was easier for me since I used a windowed side panel and added two 120mm fan mounts (horizontal, GPU level). The fans will be here tomorrow, the dust filters will be here hopefully by the weekend.Edited by boredgunner - 5/27/10 at 3:28pm
