As for a fan controller, you won't need one for the stock fans, they're very quiet even at full speed.
Ok I put the Panaflo in my cart... so would I need to get a fan controller for the S-Flexes or just hook everything up to my PSU (230mm's and S-flexes). Also would I need to worry about the rear 120mm fan that goes on the VC cooling attachment or not even bother putting it on the back of the case? Any good fan controller suggestions?

This would greatly depend on what you are doing and what you are using. How many GPUs are you using?
Are you overclocking your GPUs?
Which GPUs are you using?

If you are not OC'ing, the I think you will find that the stock fans are more than enough to deal with the heat coming from a standard card.

I have a GTX 285 with my i7 build... I plan on doing minor OC'n to my GPU but nothing major... I'll have a single card for awhile but maybe SLI 2 GTX 285s in the future... I'll have the S-Flexes mounted on the HDD case and one for intake on the bottom... with the front 230mm and rear 120mm on the case and the 2 230mm's on top, that should be more than enough.... I've read in here that it is wise to put the 230mm nearest the HDD cage as an intake or even turn it off... so with those fans what would be the best fan controller to run them?

Any suggestions on a fan controller for my setup? Could I get away with just plugging them into the PS and call it good?

The Sunbeam Rheobus is perfect for any non-stock fan setups you can throw in the case. All the stock fans can be run on straight molex connections at full speed and you won't hear a whole lot (except maybe the rear 120mm, I'd plug that into a fan header on your motherboard).

What would be a good one off of NewEgg that you all would suggest? I would like to order this along with those S-Flexes tomorrow so I can get rolling on my build . Would the 3 S-Flexes be enough? (2 on the HDD cage and one as a bottom intake?) Do I really need to put the back fan block on? Thanks for any help guys!

Is this the one you were suggesting? http://www.frozencpu.com/products/71...-BK.html#blank

Yup, 3 S-Flexes is quite enough.

That's what I was talking about, by the way.

Do I need to buy any extentions because this case is so big? Here are links to my MB and PS... they come with cables but I don't know if they will be long enough... thanks for any help!

You will need fan extensions, yes. S-Flex fan cables are a bit short for my liking and I had to get an extension for my S-Flex G. As far as extensions themselves go, you can use whatever you like. I have that exact same power supply (VERY nice power supply, I wouldn't trade it for anything) and the 24-pin is more than long enough, and the Cooler Master-supplied 8-pin extension will work perfectly (though I bought a longer sleeved extension so it would look better, if you want I can post the link to it).
