So Guys N Gals, i've got some GREAT News for you!
PCI-E X1 Folding is confirmed working today! (By me)
Now my 8400GS Is Folding away happily next to my 9600GSO!
Ofcourse, You'd like to know how to do it?
It's a few steps:
1. Mod your PCI-E X1 slot, this can be done with: A Dremel, a mill , a soldering iron (burn the back of the slot)

2. You may need to mod your Graphics Card (with a dremel)

3. Install (doh)

4. Check if the cards works in the X1 Slot.
5. Put the card back in the X16 slot, download the driver Via windows Update Online (Vista / XP)
DONT DOWNLOAD LATEST DRIVER ON NVIDIA SITE!!!
Install the driver.
6. Put the card back in the X1 Slot, Boot.
7. CHeck with GPU-Z If it's recognised correctly! And then open up F@h!

ANd ofcourse, Special thanks to Hueristic, for this great idea!
You rock mate!
Edit:
Performance on the X16 is 400-500 PPD (depends on WU, 5763 is 410 for both)
Performance on X1 is also 400-500PPD 5763 Is also 410ppd.
PPD Readings may fluctuate, so its better to look at Minutes/% to see if the cards perform the same on X1/x16
THIS MEANS THERE IS NO PERFORMANCE LOSS FOR THIS CARD!
I'll now run it with an shader Overclock. See if i can get any improvement!
