Hit 4.2 today! Vcore @1.4, 32 idle 54 load. Running H2O, see my log in the water cooling section.

Looks like it's not just the x58 evga board having troubles either. Apparently the updated cpuz 1.5 is screwed.

Guys I've pin-pointed the issue as there are 2 outstanding issues right now. Well 2 issues if you use an evga board.

Two current flaws if you use an evga x58 board:

1. multi's over 28 will not validate - shows rejected both through cpu-z and the eleet validator

2. the eleet validator no longer works with the updated cpu-z as evident by the garbled text of unknown code that cpu-z is now getting

Other x58 boards:

1. any multi's over 28 do not validate.

And one more bug for cpuz 1.5 to add to that list.

23x216=4968, cpuz is listing at 4958. I rebooted 3x at 23x216, ran 3 different cpuz dumps, got the same 4958 or 10mhz less each time. 23x217 does exact same error, though crashes before I could get it...but 23x216 is fairly stable. 10mhz too much for spread spectrum differences...and exact same 10mhz off each time is weird.

Yeah I noticed speeds were roughly 12MHz off for mine lately! v1.5 cpuz should be pulled imho.

this one took around 1.6v. I don't remember what voltage that one was done on.
