They were left loose to maximize CPU OC. This board is a little finicky like that. 8-8-8-24 are the stock timings so they arn't THAT far off. I don't run those settings 24/7 anyways, so what does it matter? This isn't the DDR3 RAM timming thread.

What do you want? I get 17000 in cinebench 32bit rendering test at 3.6ghz. I am sure I could get alot higher at 3.8ghz. I could throw in a test for you.
