Did you get a CO revision? I'd like to see what you can get out of that board. I mean it's a beautiful board, but 150 over the standard EVGA x58 and it has NB temp issue's? I dunno if looks is worth it. We'll see I guess.

EDIT: And I think alot of the "increase" is going to depend on the board. Unitl I see some direct personal comparison's from the same operson with the exact same set-up, minus the CPU, going from C0 or earlier to D0, there will still be some doubts. 1-200 MHZ can be attributed to anything and won't show any marked improvement in performance.
What piqued my interest about the D0's is that a few people over at xtreme have been able to get past the 222 bclock wall. Sometimes up to 230's. Unfortunately, I haven't seen anyone with a bloodrage do it........

Can I check what the revision is outside of the box?

I'm sure you can but I don't know how. I had to pick up a second i7 the other day and I asked the dude what revision is was, he said " I dunno. Here, look at the box." I just said give me whatever you got in yesterday. Still a CO though.

Stable or just for CPUZ sake? Also, what boards? I'm not on that site. Cooling?

Long enough for some benching? Sure. On 24/7 for some folding? No.

EVGA Classifieds, Rampage Extremes, and this DFI. on DICE. Sweet to see base clock of 241 on a 920.

Granted, it is with extreme cooling (phase, DICE, LN2). But the clocks are reaching higher.

Big whooop. That's just what I thought. If that's your game then that's great, but for us regular people who want' stability for games and 24/7 use.... yes, phase in not for regular people. Anyways like I said, all this fus over maybe 1-200mhz. No point.

I actually did think that was the game in this thread since it's composed of i7 overclock CPUZ validations.

Other threads here do deal with more stable long term clocks, like this one.

Whether it's worth it to throw down cash for a few more Mhz is quite subjective and depends on pocketbook depth, fervor, and level of addiction. Few of us need any of this stuff anyway.

Well exaclty. Yet even the r-tards wil come out of the woodwork with their P4's just to yell that D0's are the bestest. Annoying, slightly.
