im sure 1000 watts is more than enough, everything else looks good though.

You will be able to add a second GTX 295 with that set up if you chose. Good stuff, you shouldn't have any problems.

Everything looks great, but personally i would buy the HD4870X2 instead of the GTX295 for $100 cheaper.

Damn I wish I had an extra $2000, although I would not get an i7. I personally wouldn't buy an i7 until prices drop. Right now I think the Q9550 or q9650 is the best bang for the buck since the Q6600 is about to be ended. Also, I would get a GTX 280 as I don't think the GTX 295 is that much better. I never buy the best of the best because it is usually just for bragging rights and it becomes outdated in a month. That's just me though.

Lol its not for me... I would just get a Q9650 and pump it to 4.0ghz.

It is for a friend of mine, he had a S754 Ahtlon 64 3400+ 2.2ghz rig.

Its evga... so he might step up in 90 days.

2 grand was his budget, so I had a field day with it.

how about this???
this case would be better off with the build, seeing how it's a top mounted PSU and the antec 1200 hundred is bottom mounted the temps from the PSU and the GPU will create a LOT of heat, not good for a dual GPU card.

also if it's not for publishing (photoshop, ect) then 3GBs would be better then 6, because you woun't utlize the 6GB

note: combo the MOBO and CPU, i couldn't because this is in my temp wishlist. seeing as how im about to build nearly the same system as this here
