If you've watched the Nova episode on extreme cold, where they talk about how MIT(I think) made a Bose-Einsten Condensate, they tell you that lasers tuned just right can actually make things colder. Much colder, since a BEC is about a few thousandths of a kelvin from absolute zero. My question is, could you shine a laser on your case/cpu/gpu/whatever to cool it?
