Personally, I would lean toward Corsair for memory, just because I've had such outstanding experiences with their customer support. I have a Western Digital HDD and have had no problems with it.
Yeah ive heard a lot of good things about about Corsair. But the same applies for g skill. But i need money lol.

Instead of E8500 and Asus p5q-E get an e7300 and just an asus p5q deluxe

This will shell out a bit of money for a 4870 or even a 4850x2
LOT more fps

Maybe so. But even if i dont get the 4870 or w.e theres still money left over for a better grapic card, whatever it may be.

Well P5Q Deluxe. is out of the question. Its AUD$100 more expensive then the P5Q-E. Unless it has mad overclocking abilities....whereas the E8500 is more expensive by $80 leaving in deficit by $20..

I'd recommend Umart only if you live in QLD, i always hated msy website and i heard some weird stories about msy, they sometimes sell refurbished parts as new lol They are cheap and it has to be for a reason.

I have brought the majority of my system from MSY.
The only problem that I have with them is they always seem to be sold out of the parts that I need.

Where abouts are you based?
If you are in Sydney, id recommend Fluidtek. They seem to usually be the cheapest, just when you go, be prepared to wait a while.

Another thing, for the system you are building. Maybe you could use a cheaper PSU? (hides under flame shelter) I brought mine (vantec ION2+ Ultra Quiet SLI). It has served me great and it only cost me $65.
