DNS Responder? what the hell is this?

Thread Starter
Every time I boot up my computer, a file gets created in my program files called Bonjour and in it is a file called like mDNSResponder or something and two .dll files, when I do CTRL ALT DEL, there is a process with the same name too and it is always there even after I end it and delete the program files folder! the worst part is it says its from apple computer! WTH? how can I get rid of it and make it never come back again?
