I didnt get a screenie of it, but can explain. I was in the tunnels, and would see what looked like shadows/light but it would move with my line of sight.
Temps were at 70/71c so I dont think its that, and its the first time I have seen anything like that. I backed my oc's down to 700/1600/1300 figuring something is just a bit too high....
Anyone seen things like this before? Is that artifacting due to OC?
Unstable overclock I'd bet.
My roommate kept getting an issue similar, it looked like long grey cones every once in a while going from your view. This was with an 8800GTS 512mb, temps were under 60-70C.
Looks like some one found a real volt mod; he is going to post a guide and pics tomorrow; it looks like it promises 1.4 volts, and 900mhz core, 2000 mhz shader!
Now I definitely can't wait for my card to come in. Only issue is, do I volt mod it and possibly ruin it's uniqueness, or do I volt mod it any ways?
Any one know of any release date for the GTX 285 uni-sinks? I plan on water cooling mine with an MCW60, and the tons of VRM's and memory might be a bit tricky. (Though last resort would be a Thermalright 285 cooling kit, has all the sinks needed for mem and VRM's).
