I'd still recommend the WD 640gb. For just $20 more, you get 390gb more and a Western Digital (Seagate has a tendency to die on me).

Motherboard+graphics might be a little overkill for WoW but the CPU+ram is a pretty good buy.

I'm a pretty big fan of the Gigabyte EP45-UD3P (got my friend one, getting one myself). At your current resolution, the SLI capability is overkill for WoW. Time for a new monitor?

Getting an SLI capable board for future upgrades just won't work great with 1680x1050. I'd say get a 9800GT, 4850, 9800GTX, 9800GTX+ or a 4870. Whatever you can afford. Anything else is probably too much for WoW.
Overclock your e5200 like mad and there shouldn't be a problem with bottlenecks

Alternatively: new monitor, SLI/CF mobo, 4850 or 9800GT (wait for prices to get a little lower for a seocnd one)

a friend of mine has a dell with the e5200 in it with vista and 2 gbs of ram.
on WoW at medium settings he runs at about 30fps with no addons.

i use a custom ui which uses a good amount of addons. is this build still something that will get me the best fps on maxed settings with my addons?
