AMD Athlon 64 x2 4800?

ok i have a prebuilt AMD Athlon 64 x2 4800 at 2.5ghz how can i push it up more with just the stock parts that came in it no upgrading or nething....

keep in mind i have minimal tech skills

First things first. Check the temps of the CPU at idle and load by using a software such as speedfan. If the load temps are below, say 50C, then you got a bit of room to overclock. If they are around there, you will have to invest in an aftermarket heatsink for the CPU to lower the temps, giving you more room to overclock. To overclock, there are many guides on here. Basically, increase your FSB in the BIOS and adjust the vcore accordingly.

You could overclock through software (Though that is often less stable than BIOS clocking)
