Is the screen off center or something? Both of my Samsung 23" LCD's won't let me auto adjust either. It may be because you are using Digital (DVI). Is the resolution set to its native setting?

you cant auto adjust with a digital signal, it would be available if you were using a VGA cable instead.
stick with the DVI though, much better quality... because its digital you dont need to adjust it
