Ok I already managed a 3.2 GHZ OC 400 x 8
VCore 1.36 in the BIOS

My settings are:
q6600 G0
zalman CNPS9700
Gigabyte Ud3P

Is this Vcore ok? and what else can i do to reach 3.6GHZ or 3.8ghz ?

Use coretemp for 65nm CPU temps, it will also show the VID, which gives me a better idea on how well the chip will OC.

You can set the v core as high as 1.4 or 1.45 if you have good air cooling. 65nm can take more volts then 45nm. I think 3.2ghz will give you the most for the least voltages, but 3.4ghz is also a pretty good clock for that CPU. The Q6600 tends to max out at 3.6ghz on air, although some chips have been known to go higher.

Looks perfectly fine, you can use a cpu voltage of up to 1.5v as long as the temperatures are acceptable.

Nice, you should be able to push that to 3.6 easy.
I've got a Q6600 with same vID and with some serious aircooling and faster DDR2 ram I was able to get away with 3.861 24/7 easy.

You'd have to seriosly play around with Cpu Termination / Cpu Ref and MCH core / MCH ref values to get 3.6.
Try to keep ram out of the overclocking at first; don't try to overclock everything at once.
Basic tips
Cpu Reference value should be 67% of whatever voltage value you are using for Cpu Termination. This is ideal for 65nm quads.

MCH reference should be 69.1% of Mch core value or close to it, but from my experience not above it. Either under or equall to 69.1%.

For 3.6 how about you try
Cpu Vcore 1.35
Cpu Term 1.4
Cpu Ref 0.9338
Cpu PLL at auto 1.5V (which seems to be more then enough, I didn't have to push that until I went past 3.9)
MCH core - 1.4V
MCH ref - 0.9674 or smaller.

Umm..why is the multi 6x in that pic? I think speedstep is on. Fire up orthos/prime and then open up coretemp. I don't think it's reading your VID correctly because of the speedstep.
