The PSU COULD be the issue. I am using a Raidmax 500W PSU (yeah i have no idea what brand that is). I have read up on it and apparently it is a garbage psu. I will look into replacing it but I would rather try a better one than buy it. If i were to buy a new one I think i'd pick up a corsair 620

I would love to try an antec 700 in here.

I mean, a 500 should handle your system fine, but I'd still think about a better PSU just so you have breathing room and get a better brand too. Get a nice 550+ (Antec, Corsair, Silverstone, etc.). If you look at certain times, Antec throws a crazy sale on their PSU's on newegg. I got my PSU (which retails at about $100 usually) for about $60 shipped.

Yeah its always the psu that causes problems....It does make me wonder though, do you use multiple displays overclocked?

I upgraded my psu to 650W but not instead of betting straight up BSODs and black screen crashes, i get the atimdag error.

It is working a little better and I am able to up the clock speed on my ram and cpu due to the new PSU.

Do other people use the 4850 With 2 monitors with it Overclocked playing a game? I want to know if my card is RMA.
