AC Freezer 64 Pro good for 64 X2 5600+ 3.2 OC?

Thread Starter
Is the AC Freezer 64 Pro good enough for overclocking an AMD 64 X2 5600+ 2.8Ghz to a 3.2Ghz OC?

I have the AC Freezer 64 Pro, still new in the box...had it over a year and never used it. Now I got a brand new mobo and wanna OC my X2 5600+ to 3.2Ghz.

Just wanted to make sure this puppy is good enough to cool it suffieciently...

i have that exact cooler and my temps with my x2 5000+ BE @ 3.2Ghz are great.

currently:
idle 30C @1500rpm

and the fan goes to a full speed of 2500rpm, so that means it can be even cooler, but i keep it there because its quieter.

note: my cooler is lapped

I had one on my 5600+ (@ 3.2) for over a year and it always kept it below 45C.
