Yea, if you're trying for 3.6 you'll definately need more than 1.3Vcore. Probably somewhere between 1.45 and 1.5, just keep an eye on your temps.

Something to try - change your CPU Multiplier to 8.0 and set your FSB to 1600. Voltage will probably need to be between 1.4-1.45 to get this stable, but you'll be pushing past the 3.0 barrier. Then run Prime for half an hour or so and see if it's okay.

I tried 1.45v, it boots, I run Prime for 2 minutes and I get an error at CPU #3.
FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.
Then it freezes.

I set Multiplier to 8 and FSB to 1800 to get 3.6, right?
1800/4 = 450
450*8 = 3600
and I get 4.1 or something like that.
