aw those arent the best heatsinks. you may be able to get to 3.6ghz. if you can id replace the heatsink with a XIGMATEK HDT-RS1283

try 400x9 with mem unlink and see what happens

Each chip acts differently. In general, clock speed up, more vcore needed. Also, as fsb and ram speed up so does the NB voltages.

This is the max stable I pushed my E6850 417*9=3.7ghz. You can probably hit 3.8ghz if you have a good cooling, and willing to pump up the voltage. For 3.6ghz, it shouldn't be too much trouble, getting there. You're already on a good start.

I ran mine 3.6 with stock voltage and it was 24hrs stable. For the folding team comp I ran at 3.9 with just under 1.45v and it was stable.

Running at 3.7 (1.45). I can give it less juice but I wanted OCCT 3 not to throw me errors . Stable OCCT, prime and orthos (I like to be stable ><). I could probably do 3.8 (I booted at 4 for kicks) but my temps get out of control with the amount of vcore I would need.
