Is this some sort of economic practise? I have to say that ever since the economy started sucking it seems like we just get a nonstop slew of reports on OCN of companies suing each other. Did they all suddenly realize they're going to take large hits this year or something?

Rediculous. Come on they named it Larabee. It will be playing pong at 500 frames a second while simultaneously streaming I want to be a cowboy at 5.1 channel surround sound. If what you are describing is true it's going to need a different name. Rodeoclown?
