How do you make complicated passwords? - Page 5

I generate passwords with this:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/passwordsafe/
store them in there, never even have to touch my keyboard. And when I make a change I back the database up to my server.

An easy way to create a strong password is to expand the key space.

For example
overclock hold the shift and cntl key down
{ALT}{CNTL}0v3rclock

This expands the key space

Add some substitution and you have a very strong passwod that can be remembered. For the first word substitute vowels for the second word in the passphrase dont substitute.
