I finally got my q6600 overclocked to 3.6GHz and 10hrs Prime 95 Stable.

Settings:

400 x 9
1066MHz Ram
1.5VCore in Bios.
Some other settings I can't remember.

Is Prime95 using all 4GB of your memory when you're testing that out? When I run Prime95 on my 8GB I have to run four instances of it because each instance only uses 1.87GB or some such... ends up working out for me because I just run one thread per instance and set each cpu affinity to match up with each instance.

I can only get 9x378Mhz stable in that manner but it is definitely rock solid right down to the last MB on the DIMMs lol...

Yes, would like to know this as well.

That's pretty kickass, man! I hope to get my E6600 stable at 3.6 soon. Let us know what your other system voltages are, please. I hope to be able to learn from your experience.

Also - those are some kickass temps, even from a TRUE. What is your ambient?

Those temps do seem pretty cool considering that OC on fully loaded quad. Very well done though

According to the Task Manager its using about 2.65GB during stress test. How do I get it to use all 4GB?

My room usually stays pretty cool. 50-60F or so I would guess. I live in a 150 year old house so its pretty hard to keep warm. When its at room temp 70F the temp on the chip is still below 60c.

Whichever BIOS is stock, is the one I'm using. I guess I am just lucky.
