Can someone who bought FEAR 2: Project Origin help me?

I thought FEAR 1 is better then FEAR 2 , at least ,, FEAR combat what I play.

They removed the leaning so you can't hide anymore behind wall and lean and shoot. That was a turn off, also the sound suxed compared to combat and it didnt have eax support.

My question is, did anyone buy the full version of this game? Is there leaning key binds now ? Does it have EAX support now ?

I want to know before I shell out 50 bucks, I wan't to buy the SE version lol, anyone know a online store software for better deals, or it's pretty much same price.. ok let me see if I can get free shipping hmm.. gl,

I still don't think it's worth 50. I really detested the noise (grainy film effect), and it seems more like a run and gun game. I suppose you can argue it is because the single player is amazing (If you go through it slowly), but yeah. The mp didn't look that great. :\\.

EDIT: Played at friends house. I do not own

I own it, but hiding and leaning isn't really my style, so I haven't even tried it. I can check when I get off work. Although I DO know you can flip tables and stuff over to hide behind.

Which is pretty useless. The time it would take to flip things around you could kill whatever is attacking you. The amount of hp and armor you get is another thing that makes it useless to hide. I feel like I'm some type of superhero when I'm playing this game. At one point I felt so strong that I tried to change it to maximum speed and realized I was playing the wrong game. Jking about the last part but maybe that will give you a idea of just how stupid the AI is on normal.

It's good enough to play through once but not much else so I would wait around for the price to go down if I were you.

There's no lean. :turd:
The sounds have all be downgraded and there's no EAX on top of that. :turd:
Even if you buy the retail version you still need steam to be able to run it. :turd:
The multiplayer is noobish compared to fear combat. :turd:
The singleplayer is extremely short. :turd:

Hope that answers your question.

*FIXED*

I actually looked at Steam as a positive.
