you should have no trouble hitting 3.6 on a 750i + Q6700, then there will be no bottleneck......

Agreed. That 750i should be able to push your 10x q6700 around 3.5G/3.6G.

Yea cooling right now is the limiting factor but as of NOW is it a bottleneck?
