Why is it too heavy for you and nobody else? I think you are just coming up with excuses. I read your "terms" and its almost impossible to give you an answer as nothing fits your criteria that wouldnt be hurting.

EDIT: Im PRETTY Sure the Noctua wouldn't be as heavy as the True - maybe someone can vouch...there is plainly less metal on the Noctua therefore it should be lighter, and can be mounted in more than one way, and unfortunately - Pushpins are never a good choice, so you will have to dismount your rig no matter what If you want a solid cooling solution. Nothing is going to get you to 4GHz that is not either one of these 2 coolers.

How do you think its to heavy? Most people that use the TRUE have vertical motherboards lol....

If you want something that well perform the best then a lapped TRUE would be your best bet.

I read someware and on their website that they don't recomend it on vertical mobos and that it can rip it off.

A TRUE 120 is smaller than the CM V8

Of course it can rip the socket out of the motherboard, but only when you drop your case 4 feet or juggle with it. look around these forums, many many people are using 800g+ coolers without any motherboard damage. the only cooler i would not run vertical would be the copper TRUE which is much heavier then the original. just be careful when moving your case around and avoid sudden drops or jerks that will allow gravity and the heat sinks weight to tag team your motherboard.

EDIT: Just dont do this ROFL:
