Its the power regulation part of the board, which can be a problem... but really shouldnt be for your setup. 780G boards run hot, I've seen them hit 85c for the chipset temps, so the 52c isn't anything to worry about in my opinion.
That screeny of your errors... that would tell you that something is seriously wrong... you shouldnt have that many serious errors that close together.
I dont know what all of them are, but I know that something is wrong there, and I would start looking at the details in them, and googling them to see if you cant start tracking things down.
