No, but a CPU doesn't usually up and die. Most of the time it is the motherboard. You won't know until you have a new board.

it doesn't have a bios jumper it has a button in the I/o shield i pretty sure connect power cables are connected properly as i said it the board doesnt post. but the card and ram work on a amd board.

Is the powersupply fan coming on when you press the power button? if not you don't have it hooked up right

i replace the mobo and have it on watercooling it works, but when i stress it on stock with prime (havent oced yet) the tempature is locked at core 0 28c and core 1 32 C it doesnt go up, why.

If it makes you feel anybetter I have p7n diamond that won't boot either.... and its about 3 weeks old. Never got to post screen and tried everything this best part is I can't RMA it either.... Good luck!! But Have a feeling our problem lies w/ how awsome MSI is!!!
