I dont think they are TRI SLI, or even normal SLI compatable. From what i understand they may even take up 3 slots.

apparently, its SLI compatible:


My twin turbo takes up 2 slots as well, making it 3 slot card. I notice on my SLI board if i were to put another 4850, it should fit and theoretical fit in a crossfire solution with one of the larger bridges. I personally wouldnt even bother with all the hassle to put this in a SLI configuration with a cooler like this though.
