that 650 should be more than enough it ran a 9800 gx2 and now my 4850x2 which takes up more power than the 260, plus lots of fans, and 3 disk drives and 2 dvd drives its a good PSU

Yes, a solid 600W+ power supply will be good, though I'd recommend you buy a slightly higher wattage power supply in case you want to add another card or more things in the future

the Corsair TX750 is a great choice, or the PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750W is another good choice

The 650 I linked you to fits your budget perfectly and will be enough to power the card you want.

That changes things a bit but would still recommend Corsair for a PSU. Here is a link to the Egg.Ca:

Corsair 750TX

The rebate is in USD so your total would be under $130.00 canadian dollars (not sure on the exchange rate).

Here is a link to the 650TX from Corsair as well:

Corsair 650TX

With the exchange rate and the rebate I think this would put you under $100 CD.

If that would break your bank you could also go for a lower wattage PSU but personally, I have been very happy with Corsair. They have excellent customer support and I have been able to contact them and have a rep within a couple of minutes each time. Can't say enough good things about them.
