[extremetech]Logitech G19 Gaming Keyboard Review - Page 5

Probably gonna end up putting my G15 up for sale to buy this keyboard. Still would need to cover the remaining costs for the G19.

Now if they made it a touch screen LCD that'd be a completely different. Like being able to change songs or x-fi sound settings in game with a touch interface like an iphone. I'd spend $200 on that, but for my needs g15 is more than enough.
Your logic is kind of flawed with the buying a second monitor thing you lose performance when running two monitors you dont lose performance for the LCD on you keyboard that was one of the cool things about the g15 and the g19 is even more epic with its color LCD and the developer pack when it releases is going to open up so much more functionality

I came. I will be selling my arms and legs if need be for this. The being able to watch video on the screen is of little use to me honestly other than watching my security cam feeds, but I can already do that with my current g15 it just looks like ass and doesnt work that well. Mostly due to my poor skills in the required areas.

I cannot believe most of the people in this thread crapping there selfs over this. What is so good about it? $200 so you can watch a small ass LCD screen video? Do you not have a monitor hooked up to the computer your using the keyboard to input into? Why would you need to do that? No one would, but I bet it sells tons because of the people who think its "sick"
Meh.

I think the KB is sick. Watching video via the LCD isnt even one of the reasons. My G15 has taken more than its fair share of beatings and it is still going strong as ever. I want the thing because of its time tested name and the cool features. The video via LCD is one of them, but honestly not at the top of the list of reasons.

All I use my G15 for is monitoring Temps ect. while gaming or benching I don't need a color screen for that, I would need a better reason to justify the cost.
But I'm sure there will be some cool 3rd party programs to come out for it later on.
