So I got my headset for christmas and haven't even gotten to use it that much. Recently it stopped working. I've checked to see if it works with several PCs and even mp3 players and still no go. Figured it's broken and trying to contact creative about this matter. Problem is I don't have the box and I can't seem to find a serial number on this headset anywhere. I'm on the creative website and I don't see a number or anything where I can contact them. I have to do it via email and it requires a serial number, which I don't have. Any thoughts or advice?
