I had the same problem with my BIOSTAR TA790GX 128MB and my OCZ Reaper 1066 4GB (2GBx2). This is how I fixed it, step by step.

• Start your Bios (BIOSTAR TA790GX A2+,128MB,A2+ SE).
• Go to T-Series.
• Then change Overclock Navigator,
• To Manual Overclock.
• Down to DRAM Timing Configuration.
• Change Memory Clock Mode,
• To Manual.
• Set your Memclock Value,
• To [DDR2-1066].
• Finally change DRAM Timing Mode,
• To Both
