Im looking for help choosing the best mobo for my Phenom II 940. i need it to be good for overclocking as well as support SLI.

@OP: Asus Crosshair II Formula would be my pick but they don't seem to have it listed on that website you linked.

From the website you listed I'd go with the Asus M3N-HT Deluxe/Mempipe SKT. Why ? Because even though it's quite expensive, it has a whole bunch of advanced oc functions implemented in the BIOS that will definitely help you out, it supports real SLI (as in dual 16x where a bunch of mobos get you down to 8x 8x when you enable the SLI) and 3-way SLI (but then it'd run at 16x 8x 8x), and well, quite a few people out there achieved some decent ocs on it so can't be a bad choice.
