I have, a while ago. It does run pretty well on all enthusiast but with no AA. I dont remember exactly how many fps I was getting though, I just installed it to see how it played when I got my x2, uninstalled after that.

okay...when I had my 4870x2 I was doing around 34fps under enthusiast with max AA..But I was not satisfied because I though I would get more fps. Or maybe it was just getting bottlenecked.

You don't need 2 4870 X2's or 2 4850 X2's for a 22".
I would say go for the 4870x2. I jut bought a sapphire one for 325 shipped and it runs amazing. I'm using it on windows 7 with 9.1 drivers.

I think the best solution would be getting a GTX285... at least for your 22" setup.
