Note that your cards kind of lack a second SLI "golden thumb". Tri-SLI requires all cards to be connected to every other card; not possible with only 1 thumb per card.

Not possible. The 9800GT only has one SLI connector. For Tri SLI you need two SLI connectors on the card.

I've been running my Gainward 9800gt 1GB at these "safe" values for the past 6 months:

Core = 750/780MHz
Shader = 1900/2000Mhz
Mem = 2x1000Mhz



Safe as in I still have a sufficient OC margin and this allows me to run the fan at 50/60% under 60ºC.

Since the Nvidia 256 Drivers are being released to allow tri monitor gaming on GTX 200 and GTX 400 series cards

Because of this i want to flash my two 9800 GTX bios to mke them appear as two GTX260's

I am not looking for performance increase

Anybody know if this is possible
