is the UD3P capable of SLI cause I ordered it already but read the specs and it said one PCI-E at 16X and the other at 8X?

No, the UD3P is not a SLI board. On the 775 platform, on 650 i, 680i, 750i, 780i, and 790i chipsets support SLI. UD3P supports crossfire.
No, the UD3P is based on the P45 intel chipset, which does not support SLI... so no matter the speeds of the PCI-E slots, it just doesn't allow SLI, only crossfire

Two PCI-Express slots don't mean SLI.

Looks like you'll be getting a ATI card for your next upgrade. Though anything over a 4830 will bottlneck that processor.

Who says he wants to fold? :/

Bottom line, only 6xxi/7xxi chipsets from nVidia support SLi for the 775 chips/mobos.
