honestly, i wouldnt let mine go above 60*c at load temps.
u may extremely shorten the life of the CPU if its subjected to near-limit temps for long periods of time. i know u dont want to hear this, but i would wait on an OC till u can get a cooler.
the s1283 cooler from xigmatek are great coolers and have good prices.
but to answer ur question, 65*c is 150*F, how long do u think something would last in a computer at 150 degrees? thats a lot of heat if u r going to be gaming for several hours and running it at that temperature. it could be come unstable, crash, lock up or just fry the chip completely. the e5200 is a very versatile chip, but its not a tank. it will do about anything u want, but something has got to give sometime.
i also notice u have a 350W PSU. u dont have a very demanding video card, but it is something to watch for when u OC. unstable vcore is very bad.
scrape together $30 and get a cooler. see if u can find a used one on the forum, or a friend with quad core who isnt using their stock cooler
i dont mean to be harsh, i just dont want to see a fellow E5200er (thats a new word, i just made it) lose a great chip.
