Somebody needs to make a 285 with extra memory, like the 1792MB 260 from MSI that has been posted here.

What in the blazes do you need all that video memory for? Sure there's information out there showing some 512 cards choke off at hi-res and tons of post-processing but dang.

I really have problems in some games with my card...not fps problems, U can play everything on max, but some buggy stuff...Like polygonic Fog of War in CoH, or some strange textures in Witcher and sometimes in GTAIV...
now these games must be crapped cause I got them from torrents, but they are working fine for my mates with nVidia cards, and all the other games work fine...

So if I`m going to get some other card, I think it will be GTX285...

Would this be more quiet than the Asus tri Cool fan 4870x2 though?
Also, wish someone would come up with some high end cooler which is quiet.
